BFF Shoot
What's better than a photoshoot for one? A shoot for BFFs of course!
I am occasionally asked by prospective clients "Can I bring a friend along?" or "Can I buy a photoshoot package as a present for a friend, where we share the shoot?" And the answer to both of these is yes!
After all, for some people the idea of posing in front of a camera can seem a little daunting at first, and what better way to settle those nerves than to bring a friend along and share the cost of a shoot? And also save a little compared to the cost of an individual shoot.
You would take turns to shoot, and can watch and encourage each other between turns.

A studio session would take place at my home studio in Bracknell. The session would be designed to fit your requirements.
A typical session would involve shots in front of a selection of backdrops of your choosing, using studio lighting.
Specific styles that can be covered in a BFF shared shoot include:
Portraits
Headshots
Bodyshots (clothed; swimwear; lingerie; implied topless/nude; topless/nude)
Fashion
Your edited images can be produced in colour or black and white, or a combination of the two. I am happy to guide you based on my experience, but the final choice will be yours.
A session would usually last between three and five hours. Some shoots will take longer than others, as it depends on a variety of factors such as lighting set ups, styles of outfits and the style of shoot. I also know that some people find having their photo taken quite a daunting prospect and they made need more time to relax into the shoot. We take as long as you need as I prefer my clients not to feel rushed or against the clock.
Rate
£380 for the session and then £20 per image chosen.
Following the session you will both be sent a set of low-resolution proof images from which you will select the images that you would like to buy (with my help if you need it). Thus, you only pay for the session and the photos that you want me to edit.
Once you have selected your images and paid the balance I will retouch them to the level required. For actor headshots this is generally a lighter touch as per industry requirements.
Variations on all of the above can be discussed prior to the shoot. A session will be tailored to your own requirements, and these will discussed in full prior to the shoot. Through email, social media or telephone conversations I am available to discuss your requirements in detail before your shoot, including outfit suggestions, locations, backgrounds, and so on. There is nothing more important to me than your safety, comfort and that you leave our shoot having had an enjoyable experience.
A £100 deposit is required in advance to secure your booking, which is refundable if a minimum of one week’s cancellation notice is provided. Please refer to my website for full terms and conditions.
